1. What Busca Psicólogos is

Busca Psicólogos is an online directory of psychologist profiles by city and specialty. It is run by [NAME OR COMPANY NAME OF THE OPERATOR, WITH TAX ID] ("we").

We do not provide psychological care, schedule or charge for sessions, and we are not a party to the relationship between patient and professional. You contact the professional directly, through the details they list on their profile.

2. If you are looking for a psychologist

Browsing the directory is free and needs no account.

  • Each profile is the responsibility of the professional. We check the CRP before publishing, but we do not assess the quality of care.
  • You can check any registration in the Federal Psychology Council's National Registry of Psychology Professionals.
  • We do not guarantee results, availability or the accuracy of the prices and conditions professionals report.
  • The site is not an emergency service. In severe distress, call Brazil's CVV (188, 24 hours, Portuguese) or seek health care.

3. If you are a professional

Creating a profile is free and meant for psychologists with an active registration at a Regional Psychology Council (CRP). By signing up and publishing you declare that:

  • your CRP registration is active and the personal and professional information you provide is true and current;
  • the profile text and images are yours or you are authorized to use them, and your biography is original (not copied from another profile or site);
  • you comply with the Professional Code of Ethics and the advertising rules of the Federal and Regional Psychology Councils, make no promises of results and publish no patient data;
  • you authorize publication of your profile in the directory. You can withdraw this authorization at any time in the dashboard.

Before publishing, we manually check your CRP in the council's public registry. We may refuse, suspend or remove profiles whose registration cannot be confirmed or that breach these terms, stating the reason where possible.

You keep ownership of your profile content and authorize us to display it on the site while the profile is published. Account access is by a link sent to your e-mail (and, optionally, a password); keep it confidential.

4. Intellectual property

The Busca Psicólogos brand, layout and code belong to us or our licensors. Profile content belongs to the respective professionals.

5. Liability

The site is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions or information of professionals, or for decisions based on them.

To report a profile or content, write to [CONTACT E-MAIL]. We will assess the report and, where appropriate, suspend the profile.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.

7. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of [COURT DISTRICT/STATE] have jurisdiction, subject to consumer venue rules where applicable.
